As professional mechanical and electrical engineers we cover feasibility studies, project management, cost estimation, design, contract documentation, authority submissions and construction supervision of M&E systems.
Our strength is a team of engineers experienced across the full range of building M&E systems, on developments from residential and hotels through commercial and institutional to industrial. Each project is led by one engineer who understands every discipline of building services and its statutory requirements, which removes the coordination overhead a client would otherwise carry.

Work in buildings that cannot close
A large part of what we do is addition and alteration inside existing buildings, including conservation shophouses. Lifts, chillers and switchgear reach end of life while the building is still full of people, and the job is as much scheduling as engineering.
Lift & escalator modernisation
Replacement and modernisation in occupied buildings, led by a Specialist Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
Chiller plant retrofit
End-of-life chillers and cooling towers replaced with higher efficiency plant, sized on measured load rather than the nameplate of what is coming out.
A&A and conservation
Additions and alterations to buildings in use, including conservation shophouses where the fabric limits what can be run and where.
